Shipping Policies

I-ZARA offers free standard shipping for domestic US orders over $60, but other shipping options are available to you:

Delivery Options:

Processing Time

All orders are processed on the next business day once the order is placed. Orders are shipped on business days only. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holidays will be shipped no later than the next business day pending payment approvals.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Info

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped and it will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs & Duties

International standard shipping rate will be applied to the items shipped to overseas.  I-ZARA Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
